    GAME CRASHED AND CANNOT REINSTALL

    My game crashed and when I try to reinstall I get a message stating:

    FFXIV Boot Error
    Unable to download patch files.
    [11003][10009][12152]

    and then the reinstall stops how do I fix this

    I am using windows 8.1 with AMD FX 8320 eight core processor 3.5 GHz 64 bit system,x64-based processor with an AMD Radeon R9 Graphics card
