Steps:
1. I deleted my Eternal bond ring by mistake
2. Tried contacting my partner but she doesn't answer. Now she doesn't connect
3. Tried annuling the bond by myself and I couldn't. The Sanctum Acolyte NPC tells me I don't have the ring in my inventory
4. Contacted support in game. Never had a reply.
5. Opened a ticket at customer service. They told me that they couldn't recover the ring since more than 10 days had passed since I deleted the item
6. Customer service tells me to open a thread in Bugs forum

I don't think you need the information about my system or my internet connection for this issue. But if it's really necessary please tell me and I will post it.
