Duty Finder will not allow replacement party members in 3.2 Instance Content

Party or solo: Party content (queued via duty finder with two players - Tank and Healer)

In-game time: Unknown

Area and coordinates: Alexander: Midas - The Cuff of the Son and The Arm of the Son and Lost City of Amdapor (Hard)

Steps:
1. Queued for Midas with a friend and during Cuff of the Son, about 20 minutes into the instance the party vote kicked a player for harassment. I was listed as party leader for the group, but the game did not prompt me or anyone else in the party to search for a replacement member. (During Lost City, the member was removed due to going offline for an extended period of time.)

2. Checked the Duty Finder window and the Party Members window to see if there was a manual button to replace the missing party member. Could not find one.

3. We were unable to replace the member, the game did not automatically show that it was searching Duty Finder for a replacement, and no option ever popped up to replace the member who was kicked from the instance. This occurred a few days earlier during a run of Arm of the Son under similar circumstances, as well as a run of Lost City of Amdapor (Hard).
