[Idea] kingdom hearts cross over event

Something to celebrate KH's release (whenever it finallyhappens. Lol). Here's why it could work.
there have been several other events like this (ie lightning returns)
KH and FF14 are both square enix titles
Sora goes to other words, so why not eazoria?
Just imagine having the organization 13 weapons for prizes. Like siax's claymore for war. Xenmas's light sabers for nin. Goofy's save the king shield. Zexion's book. The list goes on.

They'd need Disney's permission for the Disney characters and image usage, but the characters SE made are theirs to use (Sora, Riku, Kairi, Org. XIII, etc...)

Ayup. Although I don't particularly like KH in general, I do vaguely recall that Sora was originally going to be Mickey Mouse (something something massive feet).

This is correct, we could prance around traverse town hanging out with sora, riku, kairi, Leon and the gang, and have a duel with the organisation xiii and ansem and Disney can't do anything.

Basically everything except Disney licensed stuff (admittedly that is like half the game) is owned by square

They are all owned by Disney, this is why Sora appeared in Disneyland Tokyo.
Sora, Riku, Kairi and all cannot be in a game without Disney's consent.
And that's why we will never get a Dissidia - Kingdom Hearts, cause Disney doesn't like the idea.
Square only owns the FF copyrights, it is said in the game itself.

And with that alone, I support it just for possible glamour weapons. Havn't played an extensive amount of the games but from what I recall they have weapons that could suit for pretty much all classes.

Would like to clarify to everyone here: Kingdom Hearts actually belongs souly to SE and has several licensing agreements with Disney only for their intellectual properties - If they wanted to shove Sora into FFXIV, they could. Disney would only come into the picture if Sora was joined by Donald and Goofy (^-^)
