I have personally witnessed let's just say unbecoming activity my filters are set at the highest and because of this /em command it prints it up on the screen no matter what the filters are set to because it is classified as an emote no I am NOT going to sit here and say what the definition of other conduct is

There's no such thing as a perfect community. But the number of users who play the game appropriately and don't do "unbecoming activity" far outweighs those that do.

The custom emotes is very important to those who RP. And the RP community is huge. You don't upset a large portion of subscribers just to stop a few individuals from acting out of line.

It's called report and move on. Do you want them to also get rid of swimsuits too so that people don't run up to you and spam emotes that basically hump your character? I didn't think so.
