This has been happening for YEARS. I've reported this to SE in the past in game, but I guess that wasn't enough.

Earlier today I reported another player for general disruption, and not long after I got the "Your Support Desk query has been answered. To view the reply, access Recent Replies & Notices located under the Support Desk's Information tab."

But more often than not, I get this alert EVERY TIME I enter or exit an instance

This is a suggestion I made about this issue over a year ago, and honestly it makes me want to stop reporting anything going on in game. Why should I report something when I get never ending 'alerts' from SE that I can't stop even if I close an issue or log out of the game and log back in?
