Meteorologist class Suggestion

I want to note that the predicted weather from clear the skies lasts for 160 seconds and the cool down for the spell is 360 so the weather change isn't that long and the weather effects the aoe type. So like if the meteorologist predicts wind then they can cast tornados that run around and do damage. Or rain so they can cause a aoe dot like dropsy.

You're looking for the FFIX's version of Scholar. They have abilities to change the weather around characters. An example is Rainstorm:

I don't know... Astrologian (in my eyes) should have just been Time Mage, which is a job that FFXI players wanted for Y E A R S but were given things like Puppetmaster and Rune Fencer.
