Mentor Suggestion - Novice Channel Overflow Reduction Idea

Hi there! I'll make this short.

Since there has been suggestions based on the people AFKing in the Novice Channel and overflowing the mentor section, my suggestion is...

What if the Novice Channel was split into separate channels? One for each city state (Ul'dah, Gridinia, Limsa Lominsa & Heavensward expansion areas.)
You would have to be within the area in order to chat in it's channel, and if you left that particular area, you would be moved out of that area's Novice Channel, thus freeing up space for other players to enter. That way it would cut down on general chatter and free up room. It also would orient a new adventurer to ask questions based on their current location.

My idea would be making players able to join the chat manually when they feel ready to do mentoring instead of trying to push people into the Novice Network on every loading screen, as well as kicking out AFK players after a time. I sure those two changes alone would do wonders.
