Well it wouldn't be exactly fair either if people could kick someone out to make room for a friend and have said friend easily join them.

Good point. I guess the feature could be disabled if an online person got vote kicked to avoid the abuse. It would be mainly needed when somone decides to lelave or DCed anyways.
