Throughout the day on 2/27/2016 @ 1:17PM(EST), I've been repeatedly trying to level up Marauder by spamming the Duty Finder's Leveling Dungeon, I decided to tick Join Party In Progress to help folks that maybe just lost someone due to any given particular reason.

I did not receive a party in progress until about the third dungeon in, when I selected to join it however, it triggered like normal, so I select "Join", and in the process of that, it kicks the process out, doesn't transport me to the dungeon, and then it states:

Duty registration complete.
Registration Language: English (E)
One of your party members does not meet the requirements for this duty.
No duty has been selected.

I then open up the Duty Finder to see what happened, and I acquire the Abandonment Penalty, even though I did not join a Dungeon, nor had I abandoned any of the Dungeons prior. I had completed the two dungeons before trying the third time.

(I'm in Solo mode by the way, I do not have my Chocobo out, I am not in any party with anyone, just myself, alone, as per what is necessary to even queue the Duty Roulette, but for full-disclosure and to make sure there is no misunderstanding)

It of course threw me, but thats beside the point, so I do some levequests, and wait it out, fuming a bit, because I was being penalized for trying to join a Party In Progress, and then got burned because of this bug.

After the 30 Minutes are up, I go ahead and switch back to marauder, and queue up again, with Join Party In Progress still ticked. I manage two more dungeons again, before again a third pops up @ 2:35PM(EST), I select "Join", and in the process of joining, it states once again:

Duty registration complete.
Registration Language: English (E)
One of your party members does not meet the requirements for this duty.
No duty has been selected.

Then I am struck with ANOTHER Penalty.

From what I can tell, it seems that when in the process of joining, someone in that dungeon is clicking "Leave" or voting to Abandon while I am in the process of joining, and because of such, its triggering me to also receive the Penalty for abandoning the dungeons, when all I am trying to do is join one.

That is all the information I have on it, I left an in-game bug report, but I would actually like to make sure its being acknowledged, and I decided to put it here, since the last bug I also put up, still hasn't been addressed. I would argue that this is a rather serious game-breaking bug, simply due to the fact its forcing people attempting to join an in progress party to receive the Abandonment Penalty. If I had been doing this on a DPS Job, I'd be more than furious, because waiting 20+ minutes for a dungeon to pop, for it to be a In Progress, and then select to join, just for them to leave, and then receive the Penalty for it?

That is unacceptable.

This has been brought up and is in the "Accepted Bugs" sub-thread. So now just have to wait for them to find the problem and put out a hotfix for it.
