Well, pretty strict on some things, like expecting people to be on a bit before raid starts, tell us if you can't make it before hand etc. if people don't turn up with any good reason they are out, but in game we just try to learn the fight and have a good time. Should be room for a laugh and a joke too, so yeah I would class that as medium core, the goal is to down stuff while having a good time.
