Farming Amber-encased Vilekin.

I should be using my leves to level my remaining 50-60 crafts I told myself, then moogles came along! This is a great way to get some relic items. Goodbye yak, hello shack!

I've only ever seen 5x drop in the large scale leves. If you're farming for amber the large scale ones are the way to go.

chance to get 1 amber for 1 leve allowance is still better than a chance to get 5 ambers for 10 leve allowances

Why are people farming this? just for Gil?

The 4 spawn points i found are:
26.7, 17.8 - [East Chest] Open area east of the starting point, the chest can be seen from there
26.8, 18.7 - [South East Chest] Near the Lamp post, this one can be seen from the starting point.
26.8, 19.8 - [South Chest] open area south of the South East Chest. cant be seen from the starting point (the sparkles can be seen)
27.7, 17.4 - [Far East Chest] open area east of the East Chest location. cant be seen from the starting point.

I just tried this and thanks to my outrageous luck, I got 47 Vilekins out of 99 Allowances.
Once I even got 7 in a row, lol.

Same as Guesswhat : 50 leves => 4 Vilekins...
one or 2 week ago, i got 30 leves => 7 Vilekins
RNG or nerf ? I don't know, but it sucks :/

seeing as how you spend the same amount of allowances to redo the leve as to get a new one from the counter, I just do the leve with a 60 and get the reward.(or a class you are leveling)

I'm going to also say nerfed. I just used 30 allowances and got 1 Amber-encased Vilekin. Sucks. I got one on my third try and after that they dried up, not one more. Don't waste your allowances anymore.
