You'll probably make the game good with 2.0. What I'm not so certain about is whether you'll do the same outside the game.

There's a lot of stuff that seems like it was designed by a programmer. There really isn't much thought as to how to make some processes intuitive and clear to the customers.

The account creation process is clumsy and hard to figure out, as well as overly complex. The GM policies are too strict and allow no room for flexibility. Even some website-related features really could use some polishing. I still can't choose to display the Lodestone's UK version because I live outside UK, but still in Europe. Also, why do you post NA and EU announcements separately instead of combining the two? You do that in-game already.

There is still so much stiffness even outside the game that it really gives off an unprofessional vibe. The team you have at your disposal is huge, yet it takes an eternity to add something as basic as IMG tags to the forum.

I hope you will take into account overall user friendliness when redesigning these features. It is also mildly annoying that you have a custodial approach to protecting our accounts. "We will protect your accounts regardless of how much of an inconvenience it might be." I don't want my account reset everytime I log in to some other website with a similar password.
