My character was deleted...

So.. Apparently, someone got into my account and deleted my character (Lvl 60 Monk), but the name of Gaios Draconis (My main Char name) remained on a lvl 1 GLD, which I never had in my life. It has been 4 days since the incident. I've been sending tickets and requesting to speak to a GM, and I had no luck whatsoever to get in touch with anyone. ALL My gil, my mats, my Anima weapon, my Gold Saucer currency... Everything was deleted, even from my housing as well. I talked to the SE Support, and they have no clue about what to do but for me to speak to a GM. With all due respect... Who do I have to F@!#^ to get the GM's attention???? 4 DAYS already, and not a single response about my tickets. This is getting ridiculous. When in WoW, they recover the character in less than an hour. I'm paying for this game, and I get no support nor service around. Can Anyone here help me?????

SE can restore, once i got hacked too and a get my acc and everything to the date acc was stolen.
