Does combat get faster at higher lvl?

Example - PUG used to be amazing with its speed, but now H2H weapons have a 3 second timer on auto-attack? Any MMA or Boxing pro would be nailed to the mat if they swung every 3 seconds.

PGL REALLY doesn't need to swing any faster unless they lower the TP they get per hit.

But to answer the OP, typically the pace of fights you are in during a grind are a lot faster at higher levels simply because you have more abilities to utilize.
