Why do people not understand A8?

The problem I experience all over is low DPS... If you get first Execution at 65% of Onslaughter you know you gonna wipe and you still try and waste 10 mins on it >.>

Having all mechanics checked is important, but there's no point if DPS is low and you can't meet the light DPS checks. Wiping from enrage in A8 is one of the saddest things since you'll have to start all over again against Onslaught.

I've only seen enrage on it once, and that was my first time in. Low dps was due to deaths, not low dps. Tanks died repeatedly (one attempt MT died about 15 seconds in, before first set of adds), healers were casting raise on tanks while dps were beat on, dps die.

When I see problems there it's more about mechanics, mainly people baiting the circle aoe's all over the place making gathering for the split damage impossible. Also the gathering for the double cannon move.

but you have enough time to run away from boss to avoid the masses of circles everywhere then run back to his but before the dmg comes, there is really no need to bait them

I've honestly never seen the enrage ever. I've wiped only to people being downright awful at avoiding any of the mechanics or tanks simply not picking up the individual robots in intermission phase. Also I have seen groups that don't make it to 65% before first execute still kill the boss somehow. Actually... I never really bother to look at how far we get the boss before execute. Maybe I'll start doing that more. That said I have definitely stopped queuing in progress for that particular one.

The enrage / DPS problem is maybe somewhat connected to Data center... On chaos if I DF I see about 5 enrages (or somehow early wipes like on onslaughter lol) then 1 kill :/

I have been having good days and bad days. One day people can actually do enough dps without wipes and then the next one it is one enrage wipe after another >_> Could someone give me the time table when the good enough dps people get replaced by the bad dps ones?

Amongst the frustration, as if the loot system isn't bad enough, I have been kinda wishing there was a dps check right at the start to see if you have even chance. Those enrage wipes really hurt after all the work. I wouldn't mind if the fight would be made of three parts either. It is the grindy casual content after all.

I don;t think there is much of a specific time lol. The only thing I find is if anything is left for the last couple of days before a reset you get some of the absolute worst parties. Sunday and Monday are a nightmare. Tuesday right after reset is probably the best bet until the evening when all the kids get on. Pre 5pm and post 11pm BST are usually better times to solo queue stuff on Chaos. Only Tues-Fri though

That's because the Chaos DF is full of garbage. I think on Chaos a lot more people just have their own parties they use for everything even more casual content so if you want to solo queue to finish dailies and weeklies you get stuck a lot of the time with a mess being dragged through content by one or two decent players. I used to play on Balmung before the server transfer so I was in DF with the North American pool and the change in quality in DF alone since moving to the EU pool is incredible. Not just in players not being as good but the needing to use contrived idiot methods just so people can do something. Like even LotA I never saw that dumb pull the Dragon to one end of the arena thing on NA servers they were able to move and kill the skeletons with the Dragon sitting in the middle.

Not all DF parties are bad on Chaos but I find that 90% or more of my smooth runs are ones I did with FC members.
