Not Receiving Avatars?

I've got all four pumpkins from the Halloween Event sometime yesterday, but only have one of them showing up in my lodestone profile. I know it can take sometime to update, and I wouldn't be worried about it, except I missed out on getting the 3 Grand Companies background too. I shot off the 20 tracers for each company. It says I got all the pumpkins and shot off the tracers in my history. . .

I just want to make sure I'm not missing something. Thanks.

I had to update my browser cache before my new avatar would display for me

Apparently it updates lodestone if you log in after those specific requirements. If you never log off you wouldn't get any avatars.

You also have to actually equip the pumpkin head before your Lodestone pic will update.

Thank-you all very much! I did get all my pumpkin avatars, and now I think I know why I didn't get the Grand Companies background. You guys were a big help!

Not true, I haven't equipped any of them, merely bought them, and they've appeared on my lodestone profile.

Though, on a related note: Anyone know how to choose your avatar? For a while there I had the Curse of Dalamud background (Yay marmots!), despite having earned my 3 flags as well. Now it's a pumpkin though... and I preferred my marmots.

EDIT: ...that's odd. Pumpkin is what it shows on my lodestone, but I still see marmots here.

ya i always wondered how to change the background, i was sure you should be able to but all you seem to be able to do is hover over them and get them to change and it changes back again
