Remember when 2.0 first came out and every event had a vendor that sold rewards from the 1.0 events? Why can't we get that for each subsequent event?

Although I have never seen the Devs respond to the event furnishings issue, I'm sure that their response to the Calamity Salvager idea is that they would love to do it, but can't do to memory limitations.

There couldn't possibly be any technical issues with simply having an NPC sell old event items at each new event. There should be an NPC selling Eastern Cherry Trees and Crimson Felt Mats for gil right next to the NPC who is selling current event gear/furnishings for tokens.

I would think that, since these items are now possible to sell on MB, what would happen would be people to hoard up them from the npc and then resale on the MB for exorbitant prices. The idea that people could re purchase stuff they have participated in is nice one in theory but it's have to be bound. (And even then, ered be garden sales as some people pointed out.)

^ this would also be a fantastic alternative but I doubt it'll happen, and even if it does then I'm sure that they'll be gated behind specialists.

Because they only started adding event furniture to the Mogstation last summer, and only the furniture of the event we are currently at.
We haven't come around to Little Ladies' Day yet, that's all.

I also want them to be on the Mog Station. When they first came out I did not have a house. Now that I have a house, I would love a few, but they are a ludicrous 14 million each on the MB.

I feel your pain. On Exodus, they're listed for 25-50M.

I would really like a tree this tall but GREEN. ...please. The maple tree is cute, but it's so short? The yellow tree is lovely. But I still want a large green tree my max height Elezen can walk under.
