Today I had retired my rank 47 race chocobo, but there was no text to pass on its special trait, not did I receive any covering item afterwards. At this point I have no way of acquiring a race chocobo.

I had contacted in-game support but was referred to this forum instead. I would appreciate any help on this issue, thank you.
