    Raise timer too long.

    with the skills and action adjustments coming with patch 1.20 can we please have a raise recast timer reduction? 5-6 min it's too long. Especially when your grind party wipes and you have to wait for the timer.

    And no, having everyone in the PT slot raise or resurrect isn't a good solution.

    Worse yet, all of the Raise, Raise II, and Resurrect (THM's Raise) share same cooldown. I would understand why Raise and Raise II share cooldown, since it's like that to Weapon skills that has 2 tiers too, but Conjurer's Raise and Thaumaturge's Resurrect sharing cooldown? ; ; Come on.

    I agree. There's really no defensible reason why Raise should have more than a 30 second recast. And even then, only to prevent people from setting it to their Action Bar only when needed.

    I understand Rebirth's recast timer, though certainly not its HALF HOUR timer.. 10 minutes tops. There is absolutely no reason why people should have to wait just to raise their party. In many cases it's quicker just to HP and run back, leaving mages wondering why they're wasting 3-6 AP on raise spells that they can't even use on themselves.

    The death penalty is Weakness and Gear Damage. Stop wasting our time.

    I'm not fussed. weakness and gear damage isn't much of a death penalty imo. If your party wipes, then obviously there has been some pretty bad mistakes done

    Time should be shortened. We won't be spending that log in most battles.

    30 min re-cast timer on rebirth is kind of whack.

    I'm ok for Rebirth's being 30 mins recast though. It's like the ultimate raise spell which is so neat and cool and hax (no weakness after raised, wow) so it's gonna be overpowered if we could just spam it any time we want. Most CNJs I know make sure to use Chainspell before using Rebirth, which ensures that they have Rebirth ready every 5 mins if needed.

    It depends on if content was built or is being built around the current system... If you can constantly raise, then it makes the content a lot easier
    I think 30 minute cooldowns are premeditated. Look at How Ifrit has a 30 minute window... Coincidence?
    Not a chance... 1 rebirth per Ifrit unless you chainspell.... I think that's how they intended it
    10 Minute Rebirth + chainspell would make dying on a big boss battle almost unnoticeable... and thats not what the devs want to happen

    I think it's fine personally. Raise 2 only has a 2 minute timer or so on CNJ main. If there's a wipe I just chainspell out 2 raise2's and a rebirth if I need. Usually save that for if there's a big pull and the fisherman dies.

    All the skills have increased recast timers when used on another class, and sometimes lowered strength. If they didn't, we would be back to the point where THM can solo anything

    I think the ability to use raise on a DoW class at all is very generous
