Challege Log Not Updated

Hi. I started played this game a while ago, quit for a few months, and just came back when I heard about patch 3.2.

After reading the notes, I decided I wanted to become a mentor, so I went to the Smith and it would not let me register. I wondered what requirement I had not met, and it turns out it was dungeons. My dungeon master says I have only completed 4 total dungeons (among other errors, such as saying that I had not completed any fates, or treasure maps, ect). I do only have one level 60, my WHM, but this is obviously bugged. I have completed a very significant amount of dungeons, enough to earn 540 player commendations and enough Alexander to get my Relic weapon.

Is there anything to do to resolve this issue?

The challenge log contains weekly challenges you can do for a reward consisting of curency or xp related to the challenge you do. The challenges reset at the weekly reset time, so you can get the reward multiple times.
To see if you are able to become a mentor, you need to check your achievements.

Okay so this is bugged as well. I just double checked it, and I'm stuck at 254, it's not moving. I've completed two different 4-man dungeons and 3 Alex Midas runs and it's still at 254.

Also, if your only level 60 is WHM, you won't be able to become a Mentor.

To become a Mentor through Disciples of War or Magic, you need ALL of the following:
• Achievement for 1000 Dungeons, Raids or Trials completed
• Achievement for completing all job quests for any Healer job (up to level 60)
• Achievement for completing all job quests for any Tank job (up to level 60)
• Achievement for completing all job quests for any DPS job (up to level 60)
• Achievement for earning 300 commendations

To become a Mentor through Disciples of Land or Hand, you need ALL of the following:
• Achievement for reaching Level 60 with any Gathering class
• Achievement for reaching Level 60 with any Crafting class
• Achievement for crafting 100 collectables
• Achievement for gathering 300 collectables
