Edit: I'd also like to add that we Dragoons prefer to do it from a great height.
As for the MSQ (of which I have yet to complete because my ilvl meets minimum requirements for the dungeons & trial), I have watched a streamer who HAS beaten it (and, no, it's not MrHappy or Mizzteq) & I'd have say that I don't think it's a betrayal perse. I'd go into details but it is speculation based upon spoilers.
