Compressed Water check fail

Steps:
1. "Compressed Water" mechanic is started.
2. Upon executing the "Compressed Water" mechanic, under certain conditions (unknown at this point) the check fails and it is counted as a failure to execute the mechanic properly, thus exploding the mechanic and wiping the raid.

This does not always happen, but happens enough to be noticeable.
