I didn't, but I'm gonna guess the equivalent for CUL is this http://xivdb.com/item/14141/Sweet+Gnomefish?
If so, this is still 30k per fish on my server, since I didn't level my FSH yet. Guess I should probably work on that, but if that's the case I hope it isn't a ridiculous amount of crafts still.

Edit: Tried it, it binds, but I'll wait to see how many it takes once I have easy access to the fish.
