    So how do you change your avatar picture now?

    They really didn't say how you change your avatar. Clicking on the lode stone pictures does nothing for me.

    This:

    Now your associated character's avatar on The Lodestone will be displayed as the avatar on the forum.
    Along with this change, you may no longer designate which character image you wish to be displayed as your avatar.

    And I think forum's avatar will automatically change to match your lodestone avatar, which I can't find a way to change either. It just changes on its own when there's an in-game event and if I finish the event's quest to obtain new avatar.

    Yea there's like 4 avatars I can pick from on the lodestone but it just uses the first one. I see people using different ones. Obviously the one I have now is the first one but how did people pick the other ones.

    Mine seems to be switching back and forth between pumpkin head and original all by itself. O.o My character only had her pumpkin head on once in-game and it's been off ever since.

    Yeah, looks like I can't change it either. It only lets you hover over a picture but I don't see a direct way to change which character profile picture to use. Anyone have any idea?

    I think if you have the event item on it change too that when you take it off it switch over too the other one.

    There also seem to be update delays between the lodestone and the forums.

    I got my avatar updated in the Lodestone and it took over 24 hours for it to affect my forum avatar.
