CHAOS login server crashed as i completed 3.1 storyline

Was just teleporting to southern Shroud myself on chaos to get mats for my mining storyline mission when I got kicked from the loading screen and now I cannot get back in. Keep getting "lobby server has encountered an error" and the error code 2002.

ED: Well, back in que to get back in...number 1700 atm....sigh...may take a bit longer but at least I am past that annoying error.
ED2: 1430s now....yupp, going to take a while.
ED3: Just got kicked out due to "Maintanence"....sigh, time to find a movie or something to pass the time for a bit

Last time, it took 4 hours to fix.

well after being in the que 5 times from 2000 down to the front of the que, this time i just got told all realms are now in maintainenece.

So errr.... yeh thanks for that square.

I'm not actually sure why this company seems to be unable to roll out a patch without it crashing the servers for hours on end.

I get that crap can happen but surely you should be on constant standby for exactly that happening on patch days.

I was just getting ready to tackle Sephirot with my FC when I got kicked :/

Was in a party with a few of them to help me get my last eso's for a body piece to prepare. Looks like that won't happen any time soon :/

Hmm, looking into the status announcements, they had the same problem on Mana and Gaia few hours ago. Took three hours to get it fixed on them but if the cause is the same it logically should be quicker to fix now as they've already figured it out.
