    Gauss Barrel

    Dear Square-Enix,

    Your Gauss Barrel animation looks dumb and is the reason I won't level Machinist.

    Some of the guns look cool but are ruined when you slap a Pinwheel on the end of them. Odd, I know... I understand you think it looks cool but it doesn't.
    Plz give us a toggle switch/command so we can turn it off and on.

    Otherwise, add face paint to the game resembling The Joker so I can act out my favorite parts of the Dark Knight while using my "Bang" gun. Then I believe it suitable and entirely support your reasons for making Gauss Barrel so ridiculous.

    P.S. Plz tell the team working on FF15 that If i could mail you homemade sandwiches I wouldn't. The Mayo would probably be bad by the time it got to you. But If I devise a way to make Mayo that doesn't deteriorate at an incredibly rapid rate after leaving a fridge, you will be the first to receive Ham Sandwiches on me.

    I second this. Please let us remove the aesthetic of the Gauss Barrel. It makes most guns in the game look bad.

    Don't let this die out. SE needs to be reminded over and over again that the GB aesthetic ruins the look of 95% of guns in this game.

    They should do something about the lunchboxes too. Gauss Barrel and the lunchboxes don't look good with a lot of guns because they're generic and the same for every gun, regardless of theme.

    Imo they should just rename the skill to something that relates to spending time aiming the weapon or something that justifies the cast times without any addition of weird aparatus. Cause honestly the thing looks horrible on close to if not all guns.

    Idea I had before was just have your tool set on your side light up. Can even make a lore reason out of it. More aether is required for a more powerful attack, so it takes longer to charge from the box to your gun, creating the cast time. It wouldn't happen but it is a fun thought or retrospect on what they could of done.

    Oh this is good. This is REALLY good!

    SE, PLEASE take this into consideration! (Also consider it reason to create different aetherotransformer designs too )

    This, take time to percicely aim skills to inflict 30% more dmg, the additional concentration used for aiming shots requires you to no longer fire auto attacks to preserve energy for aiming. Something like this makes soo much more sense... Also, make movement not interrupt, but either reduce acc of the skill being cast or not grant the 30% increased dmg due to not getting the aim on the move.

    If Fallout 4's use of the Gauss rifle is to be seen as accurate, the way the barrel works and why the stance is named that makes sense.

    * The sad thing is that FFXIV turned RDM into a turret, and people think that's what it's supposed to be. It's supposed to combine sword and magic into something more, not spend the bulk of gameplay spamming spells and jump into melee for only 3 GCDs before scurrying back to the back line like good little casters.
