Patch 3.2 - Too much skillspeed in monk's gear

In current patch 3.2 there is a lot of skillspeed in monk's gear, with little GCD monk is loosing TP very fast and, the class becomes almost unplayable. SE, you should change bonuses in 230 and 240 gear and make less SS in it. Please, watch this video (not my video) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tSXq...ature=youtu.be ,than check this set, which I've made as BIS http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/TCBA - to have necessary accuracy for Savage 8 and as less SS as possible. Even in this set we get 766 SS. Do you know what GCD will be with such amount of SS? 2.35sec. It is too much for monk and Purification will never save monk from being drying out on TP. Only Gaod of ninja and TP song from Mech or bard can solve the problem in a slight way. But with Selena's buff and (or) Astrologian buff monk will dry out in any way. Thank you
