only four out of six primal sets from lore gear?

I still don't get why tanks and monk have the same look. I mean.. no, I just don't get it.

Or why BRD is Levi when Ramah is the primal associated with New Grid. It would have been 10x better if they just associated the starting class area with the Lore gear with some adjustments here and there on the sets.
