So the Lore gear is all primal themed. Sure, There has been some concept art flying around since 2.0, bout time they did something with some of it. Great. I'm on board but....


Why is fending doubled up with striking with Ifrit
and why is healing and casting both Shiva themed?
Where are Titan and Ramuh represented?
What happened here? Were budget cuts that bad? Did we not have time to design anything else? This feels a bit lazy.

In 3.4 will we have Titan Ramuh Ravana and Bismark gear?

If I had to guess it probably has some connections to the amount of primal weapons that entered the game. You rarely see anyone use Titan weapons and until the unsync featured entered the game, few farmed Ramuh for anything other then ponies. So by using this data, maybe they thought few people would have any interest in Titan and Ramuh themed gear.

Just a theory anyway.

Or why BRD is Levi when Ramah is the primal associated with New Grid. It would have been 10x better if they just associated the starting class area with the Lore gear with some adjustments here and there on the sets.

The tank/monk duplication bothers me, but the healer and caster gear have been recolors for a very long time.

That leaves: Titan, Ramuh, Moggle Mog, Bismark, and Ravana as far as the story ones are concerned. Presuming that Moggle Mog will be skipped, that gives us another four primal armors for the next Tombstones if they so wish.

And I really want my Bettleborg armor.

To be fair I am nitpicking, I get if aiming/scouting doubled up on Leviathan, even healing and casting have shared gear types.

Id even be amused if you switched it up and didn't make titan the obvious tank set and made titan scouting or something silly. Its just not fair dragoon gets a Garuda set all its own. Especially when you have two unused primals to make armor from.

I've been thinking this as well, why on earth do Dragoons get a primal just for them? Maybe they were the odd man out when it came to balance? I'm perturbed that my ninja shares with bard and machinist. I understand bard and machinist sharing, but ninja too? If they were going to be pairing, I'd think ninja would go with pugilist since they previously shared gear when the ninja was introduced.
When I get my full primal, I will be glamouring.
