    NA SE Store Orders of the Heavensward OST Are Delayed to 2/29/2016



    Item page on the SE store has also been updated to reflect the delay.
    Due to a slight delay in customs, shipment has been pushed to a later date. New release date is now 2/29/2016.

    Important for some as this OST is where we get our Spoony Bard!

    The music is awesome, of course, but I want my Spoony Bard! The delay isn't that big of deal, though. I did get a notification today that they were going to charge my card.

    Yep, I got the notice email so I went to make sure my card info was right. When I checked on the order, that's when I saw the image I posted in the OP. Then I checked the item page. It's more of a heads-up than a "OMG THE WORLD IS ENDING THE OST IS DELAYED"

    On that note, perhaps some people can help me. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do the ordering process when I have a different shipping address from my billing address. I have the addresses saved but what should I be doing during the ordering process when i confirm cards and addresses?

    hmm I didn't get an email saying it was delayed. I got an email saying they will soon be preparing my order for shipping and will begin charging my credit card.

    That is the notice email I meant. The image above is if you check your order on their page. They just charged my card.

    Just thought I'd point out that this morning I received a shipping notice and a tracking number, with a confirmed delivery date of March 1 (Tuesday). The delay must not have been that serious...

    Yup I got my shipping notice yesterday as well . Didn't check the status to see what the delivery date was, I took the cheap shipping 5-10 day delivery. No hurry to get it.
