they do this a lot right? release to different sets of gear different levels. two sets and none of them can be dyed why is that?

Upgrades for your other jobs, most likely, so you get a chance max out on your main one if you haven't already.

Currently wearing the fending body and hands here with the i136 feet as I haven't gotten the i195 version. Aside from all the ugly grey on the torso the other colors look quite good.
Usually hate simple palate swaps when we could get something original but this set is my favorite so far in HS.

This is essentially a glamour thread, with people complaining they didn't get another new glamour set when they got a LOT more new glamour sets than normal, none of which (except dyed coil?) are subject to dungeon rng.

It's armour, it's armour sets. There are surely other things one should worry about.
