Macs get viruses but nobody makes viruses for macs because they represent such a small portion of the world's computers. It's much more worthwhile to make viruses targetted at Windows platforms. While your statement is true, it's easier to just tell someone macs dont get viruses because the likeliness of someone getting a virus on a mac is very low.

Anyways, I'm a PC user, but I use macs as well for school. I am baffled by the amount of trolling is going on in this thread, are people really that bored? The OP just wanted to know who else used macs, there could be a number of reasons for this. Like sharing tweaks, problems, etc. No reason to crap all over his thread.

PS3 use OpenGL same as mac, so ask for a mac client is possible

Now you're getting aggressively defencive, there is no need for that. The reason i clicked on this thread was because a few ppl i know own a mac and there are no "mac specs" on the game box. I was hoping for a little insight to their concerns on compatability.

They do not wish to place win7 or any other ms products on their macs (understandable, or they would have got something with an ms os)

So to retort, I did not think your thread was pointless until I began reading your opening statements. By then, it was too late to turn back. Still, there was no need to get your heckles up like that. With that kind of attitude, you're only feeding fuel to those who have responded negatively to this post.

I don't think you really need to know what specific Mac models this game is compatible with. The specs are listed on the game box. Your Mac friends just need to know the specs for their computers, since Mac ARE PCs, and therefore the hardware are identical. Just look up what hardware their Mac comes with (gfx card, processor, memory, etc) and compare it vs the recommended/required specs for this game.
