New weapons too far off?

I have 3 somewhat main classes to gear; I can compromise on other stuff but the weapon is super relevant.

Do Sephirot for armoring your alts. This weapon will be enough for every content except Savage till 3.4 hits.

Wasn't it like this in ARR?

You needed a special drop from the actual Turns, which came to the 24 raid in the catchup patch, to purchase your tomeweapon.
It began with SCoB (ilvl 100 tomeweapon).
But it would be nice if you haven't to raid for your tomeweapon or wait a patchcycle.

The weapon timing should put us around 3.25 looking at the previous patch dates give or take a week or two.

So maybe anima upgrade might make these the same ilvl, or just a few off.
