    Unable to launch FINAL FANTASY XIV Updater. [11035][19900][32]

    I tried to download this update thing, and i keep getting this error message, pls help!

    I had the same and found the solution:

    Go to C:\Users\<user>\Documents\my games\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn

    Delete all the content in there (I did that with exeption of the character file, just in case it would delete my character). Then right click on the folder itself and go to properties. It'll be set as "read only", uncheck that. Restart your computer (didn't work for me without restarting) and try again, it should work now.
