Just adding another random data point to this thread.

I'm rocking 444 Accuracy and did Antitower on WHM without a BRD (BLM / DRG / DRK composition). Had approximately 97% hit rate and had over 500 casts/hits of DPS spells in that run.

460-470 accuracy for capped accuracy sounds about right for existing EX dungeon content.
