I feel like this is an odd thing to complain about at the same time they release melding, and raid capable crafted i220 gear that you can fully meld. For the healers who like to DPS or value their ability to do so while playing highly - they can get up to ACC cap. And for those who don't care if they miss or don't dps at all and can put whatever they want in the gear, or nothing at all. Everyone wins.
