Accuracy thread again!

I definitely noticed more miasma/broil/Malefic/Gravity misses than usual on all 3.2 content. Couldn't really track my accuracy but the requirements seem to be a fair bit higher? Maybe comparable to the later Gordias Savage floors in regular dungeons.

This will make melding Accuracy mandatory as expected, but I'm a bit concerned about 3.4 if they don't do anything and keep raising accuracy requirements. T5 Heaven's Eye can only carry us so far.

I'm also slightly nervous about Midas Savage. Having us miss all the time might be a not-so-subtle way to tell us they don't want us to DPS too much. :|
