    Malaysia IP blocked??

    I'm from Malaysia and I cannot login to FFXIV since today morning. Even lodestone is block. Why is this happening??? My FFXIV copy is US version. Please help..!

    I am guessing your account doesn't use a security token?
    Maybe this is your reason why you can't login!? seems there is a limit to where you can login if not using the token... I'm not sure if this is your issue.

    I'm not sure what is happening, but all my friends in Malaysia is having this issue. We can't even access lodestone. I am using proxy server to connect atm.

    Drat!

    I've got a sister-in law in Malaysia; we gave her a character slot on our FFXI account.

    I guess that's out of the question for FFXIV.

    What's the point of paying three bucks per additional character if SE's gonna pull stunts like this?

    I got to know that this could be due to undersea cable(s) which could be damaged. So just wait and see...

    They were up Friday and Saturday. They just shut down game servers this morning. Plus the OP said she couldn't access the lodestone, which hasn't been shut down.
