I think you misunderstand what I mean.
By "permanent" I mean, is the Orchestrion playing the same music when you re-enter the house or inn room that you selected before you left?
My experience says no. I chose a certain music roll, left the inn room, and when I returned the default inn room music was playing and the Orchestrion was not playing.
Haven't been to inn since 3.2, but the music does stay the same for personal/fc housing. This is probably due to the fact that inn doesn't actually retain any data once you leave the room.
Please, please, please change the tower scrolls from rollable to individual drop directly into inventory. It's depressing enough to finish a run losing the roll on the scroll or not even seeing it. And on Tonberry server there's even a player showing off the fact that he/her have the scroll by putting it on mb for 100 mil...

Okay, that's good to know. At least it doesn't seem a total waste of time to bother with it in its current state.
I don't have an 1000 watt Z5500 Dolby DTS/THX 5.1 computer speakers with a Clareon HT Omega sound card to not hear awesome sound quality..
I said Houses and FC rooms, never mentioned inn room.I think you misunderstand what I mean.

Yeah, I came here to suggest this. I've been trying to get those songs but it's not happening. I've managed to enter WoD a grand total of TWO times since the update rolled (and I've been trying often), when you're in it takes forever, and when and if it drops one of the two musics you'll have to win it against 7 other people. I'm ok with scrolls that are harder to collect than others but these are ridiculous; each of those music sheets goes for tens of millions of gils in the market board because they're so difficult to obtain, I'd have a way easier time going after Answers. It's way too unbalanced.4. For the love of Hydaelyn, please, please do something about CT/ST/WoD music scrolls. Either put one of the scrolls (from each tower) on NPC vendor to be purchase by gil, increase the drop rate to 100%, let it drop directly into inventory at some high drop rate (50% maybe?), make every boss eligible to drop the music sheet or something. Just do something to make it better please.
Hours long queue + 3 faded scroll per tower + non 100% roll-able drop rate + unlimited tradeable faded scroll (which means everyone will roll for it even if they already got them) = may Hydaelyn bless your soul and RNJesus be ever in your favor or go screw yourself over.
Oh, did I mentioned each tower drops 2 different kind of music scroll as well?
Make the drop rate 100% maybe, like the Sands and Oils of time. Have multiple scrolls drop per chest, or have them drop directly to people's inventory. Maybe even add them to the Archmage's weekly quest reward, so we actually have a reason to do that again. Anything but do something about it, they're ridiculously hard to obtain compared to other music tracks supposed to be harder.
I think dropping it directly into individual player's inventory and making both the third and fourth boss drops the music sheet should be sufficient until they tailor the towers for 8 man party.
Also, be careful what you wish for. In before they put the scrolls into the 4th chest and make you roll against the entire raid.
