Question regarding a Dragoon change

I recently returned after a break of about a month or two from the game. I main dragoon. Anyway, Upon returning and jumping into a dungeon, I go about things normally when I notice something odd. Blood of the Dragon isn't proccing Fang & Claw and/or Wheeling thrust anymore. All it does is boost jump and spineshatter for a few seconds. I went through the entire dungeon, using Blood of the Dragon every time is was available to see if the skills would proc during my rotation. They never did. I didn't see anything in the patch notes about any dragoon changes. Anyone know anything about this? The skills still say that they need Blood of the Dragon to work.

You get Blood of the Dragon by itself for a couple of levels before you get access to the attacks. Sounds like you were synced down.
