Minions, Talking to NPC on a chocobo and New Casual Players.

#1 Minions should be out permanent, even when you are on a mount or fighting with your chocobo or where ever, please look into this, we want the minions out 24/7. It adds cosmetic values and looks cool. and most people would love it and enjoy the game a bit more.
# 2 PLEASE look into allowing us to talk to NPC'S while on a mount or riding a chocobo. It makes the game play much easier, rather then riding, getting off automatically, talking to NPC's and then getting back on and going, its makes game-play much easier, and fun.
#3 This last one, I do not know how to implement it, But so far I have logged out because of abuse from some rude gamers who is on his 24/7 game play and expect me a casual player to be on par with his skills, I do not how to stop this pro players being rude, maybe implement some sort of right click to send some notification of rude players in game? rather then going on line to send it, which is long.

#1 This is probably a limitation. It's worth noting that pets are temporarily de-summoned when you take flight (even Garuda :c) But also the size difference means it would make no sense for your poor minion to be able to sprint at the speed of your mount. Even Summons occasionally have to warp to keep up with you.

#2 My fix to this was to keybind "Page Up" to a hotbar slot which contains the macro I have to mount up (I set /pac "Steady" in the macro to ensure my pet doesn't wander off when I'm attacked), which works pretty well. It's a little convoluted but once set up it's literally a case of "hit the button and go!"

#3 Report them. You can do that in-game through the support desk, under "Report Harassment". In my experience you'll get a canned reply but that at least means "someone has looked at it" (because an incorrect report gets you a reply explaining why it is incorrect), but sometimes you'll actually get a /tell from a GM asking for further details or something like that.
