Alexander Midas: Fist of the Son Boss Notes

    1. 2 Fausts
    - both Fauts are easy and soft. You can actually solo tank this thing.
    - When they both die the last Faust become a big Faust. Tank and spank.

    2. Goblin who's name I can fucking spell

    - The main mechanics are the Bombs and the Floor Slam skill
    - There are four colored syringes, but only red and purple matter
    - When he becomes a giant, he does big ass damage to the tank. Use your CDs. When you get 4 stacks of the debuff from his hits you get stunned. At the end of the stun you'll get hit by a tank buster. At 3 stacks use a strong Def CD to survive the tank buster at the end. Healers must top off the tank while he's stunned.

    a. Red - turns user into a gorilla
    b. Purple - turns user into a bird
    c. Center pillar - activates the syringes but causes a debuff on the activator

The main concepts revolve around the colored syringes.

Bombs - when he drops bombs, someone activates the syringes while one becomes a gorilla. Gorilla guy pushes the bombs to the corner opposite the tank or else the bombs do massive damage and Vulnerability debuff.

Boost - When in giant form he will sometimes cast Boost. This is his charge up for the floor slam. When casting activate the syringes and EVERYONE get on the purple aoe to turn into a bird and avoid the floor slams. After 4 floor slams press 2 to return to normal form and fight him again.

Rinse and repeat. Every so often he summons a weak add which the OT should take.

Comparatively easy compared to Gordias 1 actually.

For Goblin boss, you can provoke the landslide tank buster after 4 stacks of debuff when he becomes a giant. You don't even need to Tank Swap since after the landslide he won't cast another until provoke cooldown is up again from what I've seen. So let MT get stunned from 4 stacks, get OT to provoke the boss, use defensive cooldowns if they want to (They don't have to since they don't have any def down debuffs) and the MT can pick up the boss again when they get control back.

Edited. Sorry. I was under the impression we had to stack right ontop of each other for the first part of the fight. The people made that very clear. Now that i've done this I see I can spread out from the corner and cast without being in the middle of everyone. The electroshock still gets us no matter where we are. I was having an issue with it because they made us stand on the melee to avoid bombs, making it very difficult to see the arrow. Now that it's more clear you can spread out a bit until bombs come up, it's not bad at all.
