    I hq'd a 3* ingot before packing up my laptop to go home. I noted all the progess values with and without ING2. Used a similar rotation to 2* but swapped out one quality hit for progress. I'm on my phone now so I don't have them right now. (Helpful, I know.)

    The nice thing about 3* is the mats are all pretty easily acquired so there isn't as much stress with 2* and favor mats. Overall, went very well.

    But only knowing that a simple 2* rotation is enough is cool !
