Off Hand 2x Control IV 2x Craftsmanship IV 1 x CP IV

with out food CP is 420 and Craftsmanship is 867 Control is 650

it takes about 2 more Progress hits (400 more progress careful synth hits about 180 with ingen II so you might want to hit it with something stronger to make up for it). using the HQ materials from Eso vender the control cap is nerfed, so a 2 star rotation with extra progress EASILY gets you 100%. The hardest part is hitting stat caps. Using Seafood Stew + FC control buff I have 851craft/820control/450CP and I don't struggle at all making them.

I hq'd a 3* ingot before packing up my laptop to go home. I noted all the progess values with and without ING2. Used a similar rotation to 2* but swapped out one quality hit for progress. I'm on my phone now so I don't have them right now. (Helpful, I know.)

The nice thing about 3* is the mats are all pretty easily acquired so there isn't as much stress with 2* and favor mats. Overall, went very well.

How much quality from hq eso mats? I used nq so I couldn't tell.
