    Unable to open launcher; Error 11035 pops up

    Since I've tried to open my launcher today to download the patch it says the file location is wrong yet when I go to look where the file is located it's in the correct spot and nothing is misspelled. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the launcher and that didn't work either. When the error pops up it says "unable to launch FINAL FANTASY XIV Updater. [11035]" Can someone please tell me what the issue is and how can I fix it?

    *update* It has now been a week since I've reported my issue and have still received no feedback about how to handle the error. I have now cancelled my subscription until further notice and will only renew it once I have the answers on why I am no longer even able to open the launcher after the patch was launched.
