Thread: Conviction FC looking for a SCH for 3.2 Progression

Conviction <<:C:>> - Hyperion Server - NA based FC

Conviction is seeking 1 competent healer for its raid group. We are currently seeking a SCH, but we will also consider an exceptional WHM. Having some knowledge of AST is also ideal but not necessary.

We have had Alexander Gordias Savage on farm since September of 2015, and our Team was the first team on the Hyperion Server to clear Gordias Savage. Our FC also holds Server First for all of Gordias Savage (A1S-A4S)

Event Times:
We have scheduled events from 9:30PM EST to Midnight, 7 days a week during progression. Raid times are usually extended as schedules allow during progression, but those are our base raid hours. When content is on farm, we schedule according to how we feel. Sometimes we will raid for 4-5 days per week still where other weeks we will raid 2-3 days per week and have a more per se open week to do other things.

The ideal candidate:

- Must be able to attend 90% of the scheduled events

- Matches our current endgame progression or is able to clear content with us
relatively quickly. If you have never cleared A4S but have cleared A1S-A3S (ideally on farm), that is fine. What we care most about is how fast you can adapt to our Raid Environment and not what you have accomplished. Success will follow better if you are more oriented working with us.

- Has strong adaptability and provides inputs on raid strategies as needed

- Can communicate and work effectively in a team environment

- Has previous MMO raiding experience

- Has the ability to use TeamSpeak and has a mic to speak during raids
shares our dedication and mindset for competitively pursuing endgame goals
uses their time efficiently outside of events to continue progressing their character. Generally having an Alt Character is ideal but not necessary (we will usually double farm after Main Characters are done)
