Stone,Sky,Sea

Are the Stone, Sky, Sea trials only broken up by tank, Healer, DPS?
or
Are they broken up based off of job?

I am asking because when it comes to Bard/MCH whose DPS are statistically lower than that of other DPS, I feel they are going to have a harder time taking out a trial, even if their gear is the same item level as a Monk or other DPS.

I have already tried test this a bit. On my i203 Ninja only keeping up a basic rotation with my dots and adding in Raitons when available I was able to take Thordan's Trial to 4%.
On my ilvl 206 BRD however, I hit it with everything I had that I'd normally do as Im more proficient w/ Bard and could only reach 9% before the 3mins were up...

Note, I was not using food or anything for either attempt.

If the trials are indeed only broken up by tank/heal/dps then I feel like some adjustments should be made to keep BRD/MCH inline with other DPS or we will likely see folks singling them out of runs because of their lesser DPS, regardless of the support they provide. I don't parse or use parsers, but if the new metric for getting into PF groups ends up being your ability to take out a specified Stone,Sky,Sea trial. I can see it becoming problematic for MCH or BRD due to their naturally lesser damage.
