[PC] Missing Textures since 3.2

What the title says. First popped up in the CS after beating Sephirot (only saw the weapon of the guy standing above and talking), but I dismissed it as patch day shenanigans.

Went to Idyllshire, where my FPS dipped down to 10. Fine, could be because there were tons of people there, patch day and all.

Flew toward's Matoya's cave and backgrounds glitched. Oh, and my mount had no texture. Looked kind of funny, admittedly.

Logged out and in, seemed to work. Went on and into the Antitower. Some floors were missing. Not that bad, got hit by a few (for me) invisible AoEs due to it.
Ziggy was invisible.

Went onwards to the last boss. The small dolls were visible, but once she combined, I couldn't see her.

TPed to Mor Dhona afterwards. No ground texture.
Quit the game and decided to take a break.

Anyone else have something similar since 3.2? Played for hours yesterday, had no problems whatsoever.

Running in DX9 (because DX11 always crashes).
Windows 10 64-bit.
Intel i7 4790K.
Sapphire Radeon R9 380 Nitro.

Maybe yet another AMD 3xx related issue. It almost sounds as if you're running out of memory for new textures to be stored (they aren't being flushed). When I used to run the DX9 client with my 290s certain settings would cause a memory overrun & crash the client. AMD & FFXIV have never played well together. =(

Well, poo. I'll look around some more, and also see if things are better tomorrow. Could've just been a fluke, weirder things have happened.
Like Finland winning the Eurovision Song Contest.

If not.. eh. I'll deal with that when I get there.
