I guess they should just make both classes have access to both jobs.

So a CON can be either a WHM or BLM and a THM can be either one also. BLM and WHM are basically just builds which optimise one's ability in either damage or support respectively, and both THM and CON have the basis for either role.

Of course SE will do the 1-to-1 thing because that's just the way they do things.

But im saying it would make sense if CON and THM could each have access to both.

At the moment, either CON and THM can be a healer, it's all about which abilities you want to set for the required role. So when jobs come out, they should allow both CON and THM continue this practice, but what matters of course will be which JOB they set.

I think I would prefer a dedicated BLM class, regardless of which one gets it. I hate being forced into the healer role when I can't stand playing that function.
